Happy Anniversary!

Today is me and Matt's 6 year anniversary. Isn't that so crazy?? I was thinking about it today and that's the same amount of time to get through all of Junior High and High school... What?! Weird!

So, I just want to say "Happy Anniversary" to Matt. I love him so much and really appreciate what a wonderful husband he is. Our marriage keeps getting better and better every year. Partly for our anniversary (partly for Mother's Day and my birthday) Matt's taking us on a road trip to Seattle next week! So if anyone has any advice or ideas on what we should do either on our way up or once we're there, please let us know!

I also wanted to show these stinkin cute pics of Covey's first baseball game! (Thank you so much for the tickets Brit and Todd!) Bees vs Tacoma. 13-0 Bees! I think he really liked it, except when he had fallen asleep and then the Bees made a Grand Slam and the crazy cheering scared him pretty good. He didn't cry, but his eyes were so wide and scared looking, it was pretty funny... and sad.

What a face!

Impressing the crowd with his version of "Take me out to the Ball Game". The pitcher behind him came over and gave Covey his first baseball!

Also, we've started to introduce him to his crib... gradually. Tuesday night he slept in there for 2 hours and last night only for 45 minutes. It's actually harder for me to sleep when he's in the other room. It's nerve-racking to not have him right next to me. We'll get there, though!

Coping with something new and scary.

During tummy time.

Happy Anniversary guys! Thats funny that we posted a very similar post pretty much at the same time haha! Ya were cool like that! We need to go back for more games that was so fun! Good luck with getting Covey in the crib, I agree I have a harder time sleeping than him as well haha o the joys of motherhood!

I must say I am a little disappointed. I can't say I approve of friends that wear Yankees hats. Especially around my nephew. You know people like that aren't friends at all. The least you could do is have a cubs hat on to retaliate. I guess I'll get over it.

Well he didn't cry and woke up every two hours.. but I kinda think he did so well cuz he was sooo tired from the game haha. Hey either way it worked! But ya I loved having the monitor I dont think I could have done it without it haha sad I know but ya it helps to have that. I think its just more I have to get used to him not bein in our bed thats the hardest part. Let me know how it goes though!

Aw... you're going to WA! My second home. I should be able to come up with some ideas for you, unfortunately the first places that come to mind are some great trailer parks and apartment complexes to visit, should you get an itch to go tracting. Seattle is so fun, you will love it! Of course, hit up Pikes Place and I hear the music experience (I think that's what it's called) is really cool too. Also, Covey is looking as cute as ever. Looks like the blessing day went well. Love you dudes!
