May began with Finn's 2nd birthday! He had been talking about bears a lot around that time, so I made that the theme for the day. I made him this bear cake and we went and saw Disney's Bears movie... which he walked out of talking all about the wolf in the movie.
Grandma Lori came to celebrate with us. I also invited our neighbors, the Maynes, to join us for all that cake. Finn was excited to show them his new Lego Duplo set.
Covey wanted to stick the candles in the bear's ears.
Happy Birthday, Finn!
It's a hit!
We spent a lot of time in May at the model home of the house we decided to build in Farmington. Our condo didn't sell in the allotted 60 days, so this never came to fruition. But, it was a big part of our month. This was our lot.
And these are pictures I want to remember when we do finally get to move.
I loved these chunky, wooden curtain rods!
Granite
Last month of Rusty and Rosie. He was tested and graduated at the end of the month. He received intermediate 2nd grade scores. No need for Kindergarten here!
Grandma and Grandpa Nelson and Aunt Deb came to celebrate Finn's birthday the following week.
He was pretty excited for his own mitt and baseball!
They spent a couple of days sick.
A picture for Mother's Day. I'm a pretty lucky lady!
Go Red Sox! And orange popsicles!
Here's a popsicle for you, Finn. You can stop crying.
By the way, this game day was on my 30th birthday! My super awesome friend, Amber, brought me these crazy good cupcakes!
That weekend, I went up to Park City with a couple of friends for a girls' night to celebrate all of our 30th bdays. I didn't capture any great pictures... but we really did have an awesome time.
Emily and Jessica
We must've been feeling a little goofy!
Sarah came up with her sweet little newborn, Graham, just for the evening.
We had breakfast the next day and went shopping at the outlets.
(Sorry about the sun, Jess.)
I actually captured a hit!
I mean, Come on! What a seriously studly little dude!
Covey's ready to pay his tithing again!
Yay for May! What a fun month it was.
