Covey's first time building a Home Depot craft.
Boedi teaches Covey about Mario.
Finn's first real try at the splash pad. He liked it alright until he kept getting trapped and shot in the face with water.
Covey's classic Mother Teresa impression. Always a crowd pleaser.
Things got pretty intense around the house as Dad studied for his boards.
This particular tirade shown below happened after Covey put his sock on inside out.
Fortunately for Covey he has this uncanny ability to tune you out when you're lecturing him.
Rockin' his new swimsuit and stealing Daddy's highlighter.
A visit from the Olsens!! (aka Coolest people ever)
The newest additions.
Not pictured: London. You may remember her as the Bag Baby in this little flick.
Soccer's almost over so it's on to gymnastics for the summer! It was so much fun and Covey got a lot better in those 8 weeks. His arms went from noodles to.... much stronger noodles.

Showing his muscles really brings out the roundness in his tummy.
(pssst, he gets that from his Dad)

Father's Day breakfast in bed.
Lagoon day with Mommy!
Covey made friends with this boy in line and decided he was his new best friend. He wanted to go around with him the rest of the day. I had to tell him this was a mommy day and there were no friends allowed. (possible dress rehearsal for his junior prom?) His heart was a little broken but all was forgotten when we got to his favorite ride "Rattlesnake Rabbits". :)
His other favorite ride is HydroLuge. He loves getting wet!
Lagoon now has teacups! I told him how Papa Mike and me spun the teacups at Disneyland so fast that it made Dad throw up. He thought that was hilarious.
Grandma and Kaitlin came to Covey's last soccer game!
First day of summer #2 at Challenger!
We forced Finn into the sun that day. We'd had it up to here with his dang Rickett's.
A goofy face, but I love it!
"Superhero" week at gymnastics!

Ooooo, that plantar fasciitis can really be a beast, eh Finn?
Okay, how cute are these boys? I love how different and similar they are at the same time.
Off to our first pool trip of the summer.
Even with summer upon him, Covey wasn't quite ready to loosen up. "Oil can....Oil can..."
"You know I'm cool when all the guys wanna be my friend.
And every little girl here, they all wanna hold my hand."
Hallelujah! I got the boys to eat spaghetti! One less meal of peanut butter and honey in this house!
Also Dad's favorite food is spaghetti...win-win!

This is when Covey read his first book all by himself!
Playdate with Boedi. He's a Pirate Rocket Ship. Covey's a Cowboy on a dinosaur.
Sounds completely absurd right?
Well everyone said the same thing to James Cameron about his Avatar idea.
Affectionate goodbyes after LeAnna's sleepover.
The Meldrums are Back!! For a whole month no less! It made the summer amazing to have them here. Would someone just hook him up with a development company in Utah so they can move back already??
