Although Covey (in his anticipation for Halloween) keeps asking "Why is September SO long?", I feel like it went by in a flash.

 This morning was the soccer team pictures. The kids were freezing, but good sports. Coach "Toad" asked them to show us their numbers.

 Assistant Coach Matt had to step in to help position the kids for their single shots. A few of the kids, including Covey, had a hard time with the one knee up one down position. I guess we need to practice it at home more... pretending to propose to each other or something.

 Since Matt and Covey were causing a ruckus up in Logan cheering for the Aggies, Finn had his first babysitting experience with our good friends/next door neighbors, the Maynes. Apparently, he did great and hardly was out of Amos's arms.

Katie's got another thing comin' if she thinks this is a once-every-five-years event.
