We had the Gunn boys over one night while their parents went to dinner. They were so much fun and we wished we'd had them over more before they up and moved to Washington. :(
Valentine's Day was fun. Matt surprised me with tickets to finally see Les Miz and we had a semi-romantic dinner at home ;)
Covey made Valentines for Finn and Dad.
Finn and Covey both got a book, a homemade card, and something to chew on. :)
The next day, we had Cameron Jackson over so his parents could go to the temple. They had a great time, especially Finn who, as you can see in every picture, tried to be right in there playing with them.
Bubbles for Finn.
Bananas were the first solid food Finn obviously enjoyed and he still does. That boy is B-A-N-A-N-A-S!
Sleeping shots... ahhh. This was one of Covey's last naps before we gave them up altogether.
Grandpa came and took Covey to Chuck E Cheese one day.
With his buddy, Kayson, at the Jazz game. Here they're sitting right on the floor, watching the players warm up. Then, we went up to meet all the mascots there for Bear's bday.
This is Hornacek and some other famous dude.
This guy loved getting right in the camera whenever we tried to take a picture.
Covey gave his first talk in Primary. His visual aids were: Jesus, a missionary, and Uncle Nick's missionary name tag. He did such an awesome job! It was precious. I wish we would've recorded it!
Standing outside the wardhouse I grew up going to, in good old Riverdale, for Brock's baptism.
Then, we went to Classic Fun Center per Covey's request for his birthday. He wanted a "pirate" party. It was just us and Grandpa Mike, but he had a blast!
Good presents, Grandpa!
Before coming, Grandma Lori had given him a new helmet and a scooter, so we took it for a whirl...
Then (it was a big day), we went to my grandma's 80th birthday party. It was so fun to honor her. She is such a loving, sweet grandma who we all look up to. Matt and I made a movie for her with clips from lots of family members with memories of her.
The next day was Covey's 4th Birthday!
It fell on a Sunday this year, so after Church (where we snuck in to Primary to hear them sing to him), we came home and opened presents.
This was the present he wanted the most, a Play Doh candy maker.
Out for a walk. Finn's first ride in the trike.
Covey told me his wish was for "more balloons on the ceiling."
