About to jump a hurdle at Running Club. Those power fists really help give you height!
Watching a natural hurdler in action.
Face 1: normal Finn face
Face 2: laughing at my hysterical mommy face
Face 3: Hi-I'm-a-little-angel face.
Finn's first General Conference!
(PS that is a regular t-shirt on Matt :) )
Covey's Conference activities.
Millcreek Canyon hike...
He calls this "Double Thumbs"
And this, "Twice Thumbs".
If there's water, Covey's throwing things in it.
The Big Race! Running Club's finale.
Showing us the "backward swim" warm up move.
Two very nice NSL policemen came to start the race and watch the roads. They were super cool to let the kids check out their cars.
Warming up, front and center!
"Goooooo Running Club!"
Spotted the sign with his name on it cheering him on.
Gummy bears at the second water station. Perfect motivation for 3 year olds!
He got to run through this tape at the finish line. (Here he's just watching the other kids go through it.)
Start to Finish, he ran the whole way. One Mile! We were so proud!

Hmmm...having seen the other side of it I'm not sure how I feel about kid's getting addicted to all this race stuff at such a young age. Someday he's going to have a wife whose home alone every Saturday while he's out training for a marathon! Next year it should be the I love aerobics club!! Just kidding--it's the cutest thing I've ever seen and whoever put all that together is amazing!
What a great way to get kids to like exercising! I need a runnning club for old ladies!!! Love the hiking pictures... boys are adorbs as always!!!
